Booking & Cancellation Policy
At FV4U, we’re committed to making your booking experience seamless and transparent. Below is a clear overview of our reservation and cancellation terms to help you plan with confidence.
Reservation Details
To confirm your stay, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If final payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellation Terms
– Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival:
– The $200 deposit will be retained
– No additional charges will apply
– Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival:
– The full booking amount is non-refundable
We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates, we will issue a credit of 75% of the rebooked amount toward a future stay. This credit is valid for 12 months from your original arrival date.
Confirmation & Travel Documents
Your reservation is considered confirmed once a confirmation invoice has been issued. Travel documents will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Please review these documents carefully and contact us promptly if any details require correction.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing vacation insurance to safeguard your booking against unforeseen circumstances.
