Stunning 6-Bedroom Villa in Emerald Island Resort – Just 3 Miles from Disney! Escape to paradise in this beautifully appointed 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa nestled within the lush, tropical grounds of the prestigious Emerald Island Resort.
Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, this home offers a private oasis to relax in when not exploring the sights of the area.
Fully refurbished with all new furniture and decor throughout. Outside, the pool is newly resurfaced and tiled; we have added new furniture for relaxing and dining under the lanai. It is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Chosen for its large private pool, with an in-ground spa, which sits at the rear of the large pool area where there is plenty of space for loungers to enjoy the sunshine and the water/conservation view.
If it gets too warm, you can relax under the large covered lanai with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The newly installed outdoor furniture is super comfortable — you can enjoy chatting with friends and family, listening to music, or watching the outdoor TV. The outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs provides extra seating and space to enjoy dining alfresco. Our large gas BBQ (charged separately) is set up as an outdoor kitchen for the griller among you to cook up a tasty meal.
Inside, you will find two sitting rooms. The first one, located at the front of our home, has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is also a handy pass-through to the kitchen. The second family room is to the rear — a large, light-filled room with a high vaulted ceiling. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances and a double-door pantry fridge with a drawer freezer. The new quartz island, with seating for 8, allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast — there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses, and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable items. You can relax in the spacious TV area, watch TV, or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond.
All floor coverings in the home are either luxury vinyl plank or tile, ensuring a worry-free stay from spills!
Bedrooms are very comfortable, featuring luxury linens, new comfortable mattresses and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective covers! Smart TVs are provided to enable streaming or watching the many channels included with our ROKU links.
On the ground floor is the tropical-styled Master King room with views of the pool. There is a large walk-in closet and a spacious ensuite with a private toilet, separate shower, and soaker tub.
Upstairs, there are two further King rooms, each with ensuites featuring a shower over a tub. The first is a fresh, tropical-inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side-facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with an ensuite, adorned with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents — this room enjoys views to the rear overlooking the conservation.
Next for the young, or young at heart, are the two rooms with 2 twin beds; these rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over). The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean-themed room is super cozy. Both of these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.
The 6th bedroom, with a large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite and is styled in a relaxing barn wood farmhouse style. This room is also flexible, as it can be set up as a King Bed or 2 XL Twin beds, providing extra flexibility for the needs of our guests.
If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TVs are smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favorite apps, or play games. Then there is the game room—air-conditioned for comfort. The pool table, foosball, and air hockey will be a great hit with everyone.
The home features fast fiber internet, a house alarm, pool door alarms, and a pool safety fence if required.
Emerald Island is a secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney and right behind the new Margaritaville community, providing access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark. The many restaurants of Hwy 192 are close by, a Super Walmart is within a 5-minute drive, and the lovely town of Celebration is around 15 minutes away. There are many golf courses within easy reach, the nearest only a short 5-minute drive. Emerald Island Resort is surrounded by a conservation area, encompassing over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the middle of the community. Guests can enjoy all the facilities provided in the resort, including a sauna, 2 heated pools with free WiFi in the pool area, a Jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis, kiddie play areas, a nature trail, mini-golf, and a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks — and much more.
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble-free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.

Your rental includes free fast secure WiFi and USA/Canada calls. For the little ones, we have a baby crib, highchair (2nd available), and stair gates included. There is a house alarm, safe – all doors to our pool area are alarmed for pool safety. If you require a food starter pack for your stay, please inquire.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. The cost for pool and spa is $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for spa only.
* The damage waiver cover added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay up to a value of $1,500. Check-in time is 5 PM and check-out is 10 AM – please inquire if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check-out; additional charges may apply.

No party groups or events of any kind are allowed.
This home is pet-friendly - dogs only (max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 is payable. (Thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family members.)
Our drive parks 2 cars; 3 further are allowed in the community—all must pay an access fee of $20 per car per stay. As part of your booking, we pay for up to 2 car passes.
