The space
4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms villa (1700 sqft) has a private lakeside pool, is located only 10 to 15 minutes away from Walt Disney Orlando, in a quiet and well-maintained gated community, close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, appreciate the wildlife, and relax after a day spent on Orlando attractions. Also, the community offers a large lakeside deck, and fishing (catch and release). Bedrooms and closets are sized for short term stays. Below you’ll find the rooms descriptions.
KITCHEN:
Open floor plan with pool and lake views. White & blue cabinets with white quartz countertop, with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and electrical range/oven. We provide a Mickey toaster, regular coffee maker, blender, and kettle. The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, cookware, water and wine glasses, pizza slicer, outdoor dinnerware, and other utensils. Plates and glasses for children are also available. Please always use the provided trivets and cutting boards. We do not provide salt & pepper or any other seasoning. You’ll find a couple of dishwasher pods, trash bags, and some dish detergent. Replenish them as needed.
DINING ROOM:
The dining room has a table for 8 people. Dining has views of the pool patio and lake. Please use the provided placemats and trivets. Velvet chairs. No wet clothes please.
LAKEFRONT LIVING ROOM:
Beautiful views of the pool and lake, great sectional couch. (No wet clothes, please) 70in Roku TV, with Guest Mode enabled. (Country conditions may apply to have your streaming service operational in US. Consult your provider. Download the Roku Channel App on the TV to access the Roku complimentary channels). Books available inside the TV rack. Recessed lights provide a cozy atmosphere at night.
LAKEFRONT BEDROOM 1 (PRIMARY SUITE) - KING BED
Waterfront - the primary bedroom faces the pool patio with awesome views. It has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. In addition to nightstands and a big dresser, the room also has a desk and chair. The room has a Roku TV with Guest Mode enabled.
BATHROOM 1 - PRIMARY BATHROOM:
The Primary Bathroom has a soaking tub with waterfall faucet, separate shower with tempered glass enclosure, a big cabinet with spacious storage, granite countertop and double sink. A hair dryer is provided (stored in the cabinet). Bar soap and toilet paper are provided for your arrival only. Please replenish them as needed. 1 bath towel per guest is provided. Please use the washer and dryer to refresh them as needed.
BEDROOM 2 - JACK N JILL - QUEEN BED
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser, chair, and accesses the jack n jill bathroom. The room has a Roku TV with Guest Mode enabled.
BATHROOM 2 - JACK N JILL BATHROOM:
The jack n jill bathroom brings a shower with tempered glass doors and storage cabinet with granite countertop. Bar soap and toilet paper are provided for your arrival only. Please replenish them as needed. 1 bath towel per guest is provided. Please use the washer and dryer to refresh them as needed.
BEDROOM 3 - TWO TWIN BEDS - MICKEY & MINNIE:
The third bedroom comes with 2 twin beds, a nightstand, a bookcase (with books for kids), a small closet, and it's lightly themed with Mickey & Minnie decoration. The room has a Roku TV with Guest Mode enabled. This bedroom accesses the jack n jill bathroom.
BEDROOM 4 - TWO TWIN BEDS - ALADDIN
The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a nightstand, a bookcase (with books for kids), a small closet, and it's lightly themed with Aladdin. The room has a Roku TV with Guest Mode enabled. The bedroom is conveniently located right next to the third bathroom.
BATHROOM 3 - MAIN BATHROOM:
The third bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower, and a storage cabinet with granite countertop. Bar soap and toilet paper are provided for your arrival only. Please replenish them as needed. 1 bath towel per guest is provided. Please use the washer and dryer to refresh them as needed.
LANAI AND POOL PATIO - WATERFRONT | LAKEFRONT | AMAZING POOL
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the private lakeside pool, where you can also appreciate the wildlife and relax after a day spent on Orlando attractions. You may have the opportunity to see different species of birds, turtles, squirrels while watching the sunset, soaking in the sun, or swimming.
Relax by the lake in our private screen enclosed pool patio with a seating area, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a covered dining table. We provide the appropriate dinnerware for outdoor since glasses are not allowed in the pool patio for your and future guests' safety.
Have fun, but never leave children unattended in the pool patio. As required by law, and for children's or people in need’s safety, we have a pool guard fence around the pool. It’s guest’s responsibility to keep it up and closed all the time. As a second layer of safety, all doors that access the pool patio have high locks and an optional pool door alarm.
Pool towels are provided, but don't forget your sunscreen. 🙂
Pool heating may be available during Orlando’s fall/winter, at an additional cost of U$35.00/night for the whole stay, and should be requested up to 4 days before your arrival. (This is not a hot tub. The desired temperature may be affected by the outside temperature. We also do not guarantee that you’ll have the water temperature that you expect, and no refunds will be provided. Heaters are turned off during the night, meaning the water will be at its coolest temperature during morning hours. This is an optional feature and you should not consider the pool heater as the reason you are booking this house. More conditions apply. Please request more information.)

GAMES ROOM:
The villa has its own air conditioned games room with a pub light style section, Pac-Man decoration, and LED lights. The room has a pool table, a foosball table, an air hockey table, several board games, a video game console, a Pac-Man Arcade, and it also has a Roku TV with Guest Mode enabled. (Watch your kids at all times)
LAUNDRY:
The home has an enclosed washer and dryer. We also provide iron and ironing board. A couple of laundry detergent pods are provided. Please replenish them as needed.
BEDDING, TOWELS AND DINING:
Home is set for its maximum occupancy of 8 people. We provide a set of 8 pool towels, 8 bath towels, 1 hand towel for each bathroom, 8 wash cloths and 1 kitchen towel. Some spare items may be found in the laundry. All beds are set and ready to use with a set of mattress protectors, sheets, comforter, pillows and pillowcases. Some spare items may be found in the closets. We don’t provide new sets of fresh towels or linens during the stay. Please use the washer/dryer to refresh them as needed. Plates, silverware and glasses are for 8 people. Please wash wine, beer glasses and pans by hand.
PARKING:
2 car parking on private driveway only.
No street parking. Park completely within the driveway. Do not block sidewalk, not even partially. Rules strictly enforced by tow company. Cars towed at your expense. Owners or Property Managers are not responsible.
BABIES & KIDS:
The home has a pack n play (Graco), baby bathtub, a high chair (Graco) and some Avent accessories. We provide a sheet and pillowcase for the pack n play.
Watch your kids at all times.

Guest access
The entire property is available to you, but 3 spots are off limits:
1) the Staff Closet next to the Laundry.
2) the owner's closet inside the Primary Bedroom walk-in closet.
3) the HVAC machine and the Water Heater are located in the Games Room, hidden by blinds for appropriate ventilation. Please, do not open the blinds, and watch the kids.
Fines apply in case the doors of the closets mentioned above get tampered or the settings on machines get changed. Thank you in advance for being careful.

Please remember that you're staying in a house and not in a hotel/resort with full service. You should provide your own toiletries and cleaning supplies. (We only provide a starter pack for the convenience of your arrival.)
We try to keep the house in the best possible condition and we also count on all guests, including you, to take good care of the house. Small issues or items with signs of overuse are expected. This is not a brand-new home, and it’s a place set for short-term stays. We really try our best, but no house is perfect. Thanks! 🙂
Keep in mind that this villa is NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO PETS of any species. No exceptions. No extra guests or visiting allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We video monitor the areas outside the house. You'll be charged a one-time cleaning fee. Cleaning is performed at your checkout.
