Up to 10 people can enjoy their dream vacation in our very special single-story 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home. Our comfortable home, set on a large cul-de-sac lot providing privacy, peace, and tranquility, is spacious and beautifully appointed. It is a popular vacation home enjoyed by many returning guests.
Access to our home is by keyless coded entry. Upon arrival into the large open entry with high ceilings, the feeling of light and space welcomes you to your home away from home. Opening to the formal dining room and one of two living areas, your eyes will be drawn to the view across the pool to the golf course beyond – the wow starts now!
Outside, the pool deck is exceptionally large at around 60 feet wide; such space is rare in most vacation homes. Enjoy 180-degree views to the South and West over the course. The covered lanai, with fans to keep you cool, is a great place to relax. There is plenty of comfortable seating and loungers for sunbathing – the amazing sunsets are not to be missed! Your private large lagoon pool, with a shallow sitting section at one end, can be heated on request. The in-ground Jacuzzi spa with great views will take away the stresses and strains of a busy day. Handrails allow for easy access into the pool and spa. Grilling is a pleasure on the large gas barbecue - included in your rate - which will keep even the most dedicated cooks happy! The adjacent dining table allows for alfresco dining by day - the electric awning provides shade from the sun or by night when the LED lights create a magical dining experience. If you fancy a bit of outdoor fun, then the ping-pong table is sure to be a great hit!
The inside is spacious, light, and comfortable, with everything you need for your perfect stay. The first of two living rooms is by the entryway - here you can sit on our super comfy sofas, watch TV, or relax while gazing at the view and chatting over the day’s events with a drink. The adjacent formal dining area allows for gatherings during mealtimes and makes a wonderful games or workspace. To the right is the second living area - a large open-plan family room with kitchen and dining nook. This room offers wonderful views of the outside space. With high ceilings and lots of light from the two patio doors and nook window, the whole group can enjoy their time together. The kitchen, with quartz countertops and a large island with counter seating, is spacious and has everything you need to cook a family meal or a snack - plenty of dinnerware for indoor and outdoor use, lots of cookware, and glasses. There is a large fridge-freezer with an ice and water dispenser, a dishwasher, a filter, and coffee pod machines. The dining nook is ideal for grabbing a snack or enjoying a games night. Leather reclining sofas in the living area and the large TV are perfect for movie night.
A great night’s sleep is just what you need after a busy day - our beds are very comfortable, with luxury bed linen. Bathrooms have plenty of towels, and pool towels are provided too. The 5 bedrooms comprise 2 kings, 1 twin, and 2 rooms that can be set up as twin-bedded or king rooms. Bedrooms are located in two wings of the house. To the left of the entrance is the very large master king room. This spacious room, decorated in island style with a seating area, has windows on two sides, one looking out to the pool and the view beyond; a door leads out to the pool area. Walk through the dressing area with a walk-in closet into the large master bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, dual vanities, a large soaker tub, and a separate toilet. Off the hallway on this side of the house is the twin bedroom, decorated in a light, bright theme to suit all ages; this room is adjacent to the half bath with a basin and toilet. At the other side of the house are the remaining three bedrooms. To the rear, via a small lobby off the family room, is the 2nd king room with a door to create an ensuite area with a shower room. A cozy, brightly decorated room with a large wardrobe, this room has an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower - from the lobby, there is a door to the pool area. The next two rooms are off the entry living area to the right - two bedrooms share the Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and lock-off toilet and a new walk-in shower. Both of these rooms offer flexible bed setups; they can be set as king rooms or as twin rooms to suit your group. Both are decorated in a light seashore theme, with a feature wood-planked wall. All bedrooms have smart TVs, hairdryers, extra pillows, and blankets.
The game room is sure to be a hit with everyone. Air conditioning allows you to spend time enjoying the pool table, air hockey, or darts while watching TV, playing foosball, or using the games table. There is a large laundry room for your use, equipped with a washer, dryer, and sink to clean golfing gear or dogs. A large cupboard houses the ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The facilities of the community are available to enjoy. There is a community pool ideal for lap swimming, tennis, a children's play area, and, of course, the Highlands Reserve golf course and driving range are right in the community. Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition and is on hand should the need arise.

Your rental includes free, fast, secure Wi-Fi and USA/Canada calls. For the little ones, we have a baby crib and high chair (a second one is available) - included. House alarm, safe - all doors to our pool area are alarmed for pool safety. If you require a food starter pack for your stay, please inquire. Our home is pet-friendly - dogs only (maximum 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 is payable. (Thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without furry family members.)* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. Cost for pool and spa is $40 per night or, in warmer months, $20 per night for spa only.* The damage waiver cover added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500. Check-in time is 5 PM and check out at 10 AM – please inquire if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check-out; an additional charge may apply. No smoking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old - ID and all guest names are required when booking. No party groups or events of any kind are allowed. • Note: For the security of you and our home, this vacation home is equipped with three security cameras:
• 1. Camera over the front door; 2. Camera facing the driveway; 3. Camera facing the pool equipment. All cameras are activated by motion and record video and audio.
• For your privacy, there are no cameras or video recorders located inside the home or in the pool area.
The parks are very easy to reach - our home is an easy 15 minutes from Disney, 30 to SeaWorld, and about 35 to Universal, depending on traffic. Disney is accessible without using the I-4, thus avoiding the heavy traffic at peak times. Berry Town Centre shops with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants are just a few minutes away, and you can even walk there in around 10-15 minutes. Posner Park shopping mall area is about 10 minutes away.
