Accommodating up to 9 guests, it offers 2 King-size bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, and a bunk bedroom with a twin on top and a full underneath. The air-conditioned property has a southwest-facing pool overlooking a conservation area, with heating available on request. The deck includes loungers, a covered lanai with a fan, and a gas barbecue (extra cost).
