Up to 16 people can enjoy their dream vacation in this very special 8-bedroom, 6-bath home. Windsor at Westside is an ideal location to enjoy a fun-filled or relaxing vacation. The villa has one of the few extended pool areas in the community, with private views over conservation, plenty of seating, and an in-ground spa to relax in at the end of a busy day. Enjoy family time in the retro-inspired game room, or catch a movie on the large TV. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, Disney, and fast routes to Universal. The resort pool and clubhouse area is a short, level walkway for your further enjoyment. This spacious home is ideal for large or small groups to enjoy a wonderful vacation, beautifully furnished with quality and style throughout.
Enter into the large open family room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining to accommodate all your group, a relaxing TV area, and views to your private outdoor oasis. The retro-styled game room offers fun for all, with pool and air hockey. Upstairs is a second sitting room with a large TV, ideal for movie nights.
At the end of a relaxing or busy day, you will welcome the comfort of the stylish bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find the master suite with a king bed, including an ensuite with a shower and a separate soaker tub and a door to the pool area. The ground floor queen room is at the front of the home and has an adjacent shower room. Upstairs are 2 king ensuite rooms, 1 king room, and 1 twin room which shares the Jack and Jill ensuite shower room, with lock-off vanity areas. The further 2 rooms are twin rooms and share the family bathroom (tub with shower over), situated between them in their lobby off the upstairs TV room. All TVs are Roku - guests can sign in to their favorite streaming services.
Outside, you will find your private oasis. The property sits on an oversized lot, increasing privacy and distance from neighbors. It has a very large pool area - extended to allow plenty of room for loungers and all-day sun; it has a large pool with an in-ground spa - these can be heated on request. If it gets too warm, there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. All doors to the pool are alarmed, and there is also a pool safety fence.
Enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle - there is a dining area and plenty of comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day. The large gas barbecue - included in your rental - will keep even the most dedicated cooks happy!

Our home is pet-friendly - dogs only (max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 per dog for the stay is payable. (Thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family members.) * Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. Cost: pool and spa $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for spa only. Check-in time is 5 PM and check-out at 10 AM – please inquire if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check-out; an additional charge may apply. No Smoking. The lead guest must be age 25 minimum - ID and all guests' names required when booking. No party groups or events of any kind are allowed. • Note: For the security of you and our home, this vacation home is equipped with 2 security cameras. • 1 camera on the driveway and 1 over the pool equipment at the side of the home - cameras are activated by motion and record video and audio. • For your privacy, there are no cameras or video recorders located inside the home or in the pool area.
Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition and is fastidious about cleanliness. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed; our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! - as with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that it's even better than it looks in the pictures!
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated children's area with a slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa, and covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with a fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and a fireplace for cooler times. There is also a gym if you have any energy left and a volleyball court - all this within a few minutes' walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
The parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld, and about 30 to Universal, depending on traffic.
There are two supermarkets within a 5-minute drive, as well as many restaurants and shopping - on Hwy 192 and Hwy 27.
Windsor at Westside
Windsor at Westside Resort – approximately 15 minutes to Disney, 10 minutes to the I4 to Universal, SeaWorld, and shopping.
Featuring a fabulous clubhouse, with a gym and bar-restaurant. Plenty of loungers and seating areas, with an outdoor fire. There is a lazy river and a children's pool area with beach access. There are many restaurants nearby and numerous golf courses. There is a gym, bar, cafe, and small shop - you can buy your park tickets in the clubhouse. Located on Phase II of the gated community, with serene views toward the south and the trees on the edge of the community. It is approximately a 7-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the clubhouse.
Looking for restaurants? Find lots to choose from on Hwy 92 – less than 5 minutes away. Favorites are Rock and Brew at Margaritaville, Miller's, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Cheddars, Cracker Barrel, and lots more!
Check out Margaritaville on Hwy 192, around a 5-minute drive - with Sunset Walk featuring Dine-In Cinema, shops, and restaurants – also the H2O Waterpark, and you can enjoy a spa day at the hotel on-site.
On Hwy 27, 5 minutes from our home, you will find a Publix supermarket and IHOP, Applebee's, Pizza, Thai - fast routes toward Posner Park Shopping area and on toward the I4 and Tampa, or travel north up to Lake Louisa State Park, Clermont, a lovely lakeside town, and the Lakeridge Winery, great for a day out and wine tasting or music weekends.
No fishing is allowed in the lake, but you can fish at Lake Davenport and other areas close by.
