The Large, luxury, screened Swimming Pool and Spa/Jacuzzi can both be heated if you desire (additional charges apply) and is South Facing to catch the Sun all day.

The home is protected by a monitored security alarm system.

The garage has been converted into a fantastic Games Room, complete with Pool Table, Table Football and Electronic Dart Board. For your convenience access is is via a pin coded lock box.

In addition to all of these facilities, the Clubhouse contains a Fitness Suite, Tennis Court, Volleyball Court, Children’s Tot-Lot and Play Area, along with many other features which will enhance your enjoyment .
