In our Villa, there is enough bandwidth for everyone. This home is perfect for a group of family and friends. You can prepare all your meals in our open kitchen fully equipped with well-thought-out appliances like Ninja Foodie, Crock pot and much more.

Our favorite spaces in the house are the fully air-conditioned game room and the pool area. The game room features a pool table, TV, and air hockey table. This is one of the few villas in the area with air conditioning in the game room.

The pool can be heated for an additional $ 30.00 per day. The pool has a safety fence for children.

4 cars can park in the driveway, and there is additional overflow parking. RVs and oversized vehicles are welcome.

The Club House is 2 minutes from the house and features a swimming pool, sandpit, clubhouse, and a gym.

Services: 2 minutes from the Villa, you can find a new Publix, pharmacy, gas station, hairdresser, nail salon, and restaurants. Ten minutes away is the new Park Square Mall. Shopping and dining within 15 minutes away.

Parks: 25 minutes from Disney, 40 minutes from Universal, 35 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 1 hour from Bush Garden in Tampa. Time can vary depending on traffic.

Watersong is a gated community in the Davenport area with private security and is surrounded by nature. You can enjoy the extra privacy with no rear neighbours and conservation views.
